Terms of Shipping
Wing Chun Kung Fu Products
We ship all domestic orders of DVDs, Books, Training Wear*, Sparring Gear and Training Cards via Australia Post's Express Post service.
*Training Wear items marked as 'Global Shipping' are handled as per the terms below.
Global Shipping Items
Orders of items marked as 'Global Shipping' are handled by our fulfilment partner in the USA. You will be given the opportunity to select your shipping method for your order upon checkout.
If you are an Australian customer and have a mix of Global Shipping and standard items in your cart, you will be provided with a combined shipping cost upon checkout which includes:
- The lowest cost method of international shipping for your Global Shipping item(s) (international economy without tracking); and
- Australia Post Express Post for your other item(s).
You will receive email updates from us as each part of your order is fulfilled. Under normal circumstances, Global Shipping items are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for any and all import duties and taxes which may apply to the importation of your order into Australia.

Orders of fitness equipment are handled by our fulfilment partner in VIC and are shipped via Australia Post, Allied Express or Fastway.
The following delivery times apply to fitness equipment orders:
- VIC: Approximately 3 to 5 working days;
- NSW, SA and ACT: Approximately 4 to 8 working days;
- QLD, NT and TAS: Approximately 7 to 10 working days.
We offer free shipping on all fitness equipment.
Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the carrier's website.
We are not responsible for items which are lost in transit. We will ship your order to the exact address provided by you, so please take care to ensure that your address is provided in the correct format as our system does not validate addresses.
Once we have shipped your order and provided you with a tracking number, all enquiries regarding the delivery of your order should be directed to the carrier.
Items Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided by you, we will contact you and require you to provide us with a new address and payment for your order to be posted to the new address.
You will have 30 days to provide us with the new address and payment for postage, after which you will be deemed to have forfeited your order without refund.
Shipping costs for 'Global Shipping' items are calculated at checkout. You will not be able to complete checkout if you have any items in your cart that are not marked as qualifying for Global Shipping.
If you want to place an order for any items which don't qualify for Global Shipping, we can manually process international orders with a combined item value of over $120 AUD.
Please contact us with your email address, shipping address and the product(s) that you wish to order and we will send you a Paypal invoice which includes shipping costs to your international address.
Fitness equipment cannot be shipped internationally.
A shipping cost will be provided to you during the checkout process and before you submit payment for your order.
Care has been taken to ensure that shipping costs are fair and accurate, but refunds cannot be offered in the event that the actual shipping cost is less than the amount paid during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being placed, but we reserve the right to take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order during busy times.
Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. The Academy cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes.
