Terms of Shipping
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post's Express Post service.
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your order on Australia Post's website.
We are not responsible for items which are lost in the mail. We will post your order to the exact address provided by you, so please take care to ensure that your address is provided in the correct format as our system does not validate addresses.
Once we have posted your order and provided you with a tracking number, all enquiries regarding the delivery of your order should be directed to Australia Post.
Items Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided by you, we will contact you and require you to provide us with a new address and payment for your order to be posted to the new address.
You will have 30 days to provide us with the new address and payment for postage, after which you will be deemed to have forfeited your order without refund.
We are able to ship international orders worth over $100 AUD.
Please contact us with your email address, shipping address and the product(s) that you wish to order and we will send you a Paypal invoice which includes shipping costs to your international address.
A shipping cost will be provided to you during the checkout process and before you submit payment for your order.
Care has been taken to ensure that shipping costs are fair and accurate, but refunds cannot be offered in the event that the actual shipping cost is less than the amount paid during checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being placed, but we reserve the right to take up to 10 business days to process and ship your order during busy times.
Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. The Academy cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes.
